"VERZONE (Belzon) Metaseed" is a rust preventive product that serves as an alternative to rust preventive oil. It forms a thin, non-sticky film on the surface of the workpiece, demonstrating high rust prevention effectiveness. Subsequent processes such as welding and resin molding can be performed without degreasing or removal steps. The applicable materials include various types such as cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and mold steel (e.g., pre-hardened steel). It can be used for rust prevention on the edge surfaces of slit coils, temporary rust prevention for stagnant parts, and to prevent scratches on steel surfaces during transportation, while also suppressing the adhesion of dust during storage.
